The new hotel consists of three buildings (A-B-C), which are arranged around the perimeter of the plot, in order to create a large inner courtyard-hug with a swimming pool, towards where the rooms turn to. The total capacity of the tourist unit is 54 rooms-98 beds.
On the ground floor of the hotel (900,07 square meters) there are the reception area, the breakfast room with the snack-bar & twenty-four rooms, three of which are designed for the disabled and fifteen of which have a private pool. On the first floor (882.52 square meters) there are thirty rooms, twenty-two of which have an attic and work as family rooms. In the basement ( 967.77 square meters), there are the auxiliary areas of the hotel as well as the tanks of the swimming pools. In the surrounding area, two swimming pools are developed. The biggest one is a shared central pool with a total water surface of 177.40 square meters that part of it works as seperate private pools of eight ground floor swim-up rooms. The second pool with a total water surface of 45.90m has intermediate partitions and works as private pools of seven ground floor swim-up rooms. The outdoor area is properly landscaped and planted with plants that are resistant to the local climate.
The facades of the buildings towards the other properties are blind but the main facades of the building that look inside the unit are formed with large openings-glasses, offering views to the swimming pools and thaking full advantage of the southern light.
The structure of basement is made of reinforced concrete, while the structure above ground level is a metal construction properly protected against corrosion and fire safety. The horizontal sections-slabs are a mixed construction, i.e. metal elements with lightly reinforced concrete. Characteristic is the timeframe of the construction of the project, which started on the 15th-12-2023 and was completed on the 15th-05-2024.
