The intervention concerns the complete renovation of the apartment and includes the removal of existing walls and building elements, as well as the replacement of electromechanical systems. Natural materials are selected and color contrasts are created, so that an elegant, functional and special architectural result derives in a simple and economical way. The new arrangement results from the user’s needs in combination with the optimal orientation of spaces.
