The goal of renovation is the complete transformation from a dark and complex apartment of 1973 to a bright, open environment with modern textures and materials. The renovation is radical and involves the total removal of the existing building elements and electromechanical systems. The modernization of the apartment lies in the optimal use of space with its new functional solution, as well as the use of underfloor heating system, air conditioning system with VRV ceiling units, installation of external thermal facade and KNX electromechanical system. The openings are maximized, the relationship between the inside and outside changes and the space now acquires extroversion, satisfying the users’ needs of living.
