The aim of architectural composition is the creation of linear airy horizontal elements on the external faces of the house, which embrace the individual receding volumes. Aluminum frames up to the ceiling, wooden linings and glass mark the views, while white remains the dominant color. Internally, the house is divided into the private spaces of the rooms & auxiliary spaces and the common single spaces of the living -dining room. The creation of a multi-functional frame is characteristic, around which one can move and wander in different spaces, without being isolated in one space at a time. An important element of the residence is the existence of an extensive roof garden, with unlimited view to the city and sea.
