The project concerns an existing six-storey building that had remained at the structural framework stage. The architectural study focused on the configuration of the typical floor apartments (90 sq.m.) and the design of a duplex maisonette (150 sq.m.) located on the fifth and sixth floors, aiming to adapt the building to the needs of contemporary urban living.
Each apartment is equipped with modern materials and finishes, including high-performance aluminum frames, modern ceramic tiling, and open-plan kitchens designed with clean lines and ergonomic efficiency. Heating is provided via a natural gas boiler, while each unit also features an energy-efficient fireplace, combining practicality with a sense of comfort.
The façade is clad with an external thermal insulation system in a terracotta hue, chosen to convey warmth and a welcoming appearance toward the street, integrating the building harmoniously into the urban fabric of Kallithea.
